Due to the nature of our digital service, we operate a strict no-refund policy once a payment has been processed. All sales are final.

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Patreon. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. You will not be charged again after the current period ends.

Pausing a Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time. When paused, your premium features will be disabled until you resume. You will not be charged while your subscription is paused, and you can resume at any time.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a billing error, please create a support ticket on our support server with your transaction details and we will resolve it promptly.
