By inviting and using Reminder Pro on your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Bot.

Reminder Pro is a Discord bot designed to manage reminders, time-based notifications, and timezone settings within your Discord server. It offers features like one-time and recurring reminders, custom notification settings, and timezone adjustments to enhance server organization and user engagement.

Usage Guidelines

You agree to use Reminder Pro in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of the Bot on your server does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Key Usage Conditions:

  • →Certain commands require the MANAGE_SERVER permission or designated staff roles, which are managed by your server administrators.
  • →You are responsible for monitoring the use of the Bot within your server to ensure it aligns with these guidelines.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to Reminder Pro's Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Bot, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

Prohibited Actions:

You agree not to misuse Reminder Pro, including but not limited to:

  • ✗Using the Bot for illegal activities.
  • ✗Abusing or harassing others through reminder functions.
  • ✗Attempting to disrupt, manipulate, or exploit the Bot's systems.
  • ✗Circumventing permission-based access to staff or premium commands.

User Responsibilities:

The server owner and administrators are responsible for managing permissions and monitoring Bot usage to ensure compliance with these ToS.

Premium Features

Certain features of Reminder Pro are available as part of a Premium membership. By activating Premium, you agree to the following terms:

  • ⭐Premium access is non-refundable. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • ⭐Premium is limited to one server at a time. You may transfer your Premium membership to a different server, but it can only be active on one server at any given time.
  • ⭐Premium perks are subject to change. Features available under Premium may be updated, removed, or modified at our discretion to improve service quality or comply with Discord's guidelines.
  • ⭐Misuse of Premium features, including attempts to bypass activation restrictions or exploit premium-only functions without authorization, may result in suspension of access to the Bot, removal of Premium benefits, or termination of service.

By activating and using Premium, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Reminder Pro is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the Bot's functionality, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Reminder Pro at our discretion, without notice, for any reason - including but not limited to violations of these ToS. You may also terminate your use of the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these ToS from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised ToS.
